Raised right here in the Fairbanks-North Pole area, Coby started full time as the owner of Carpet Restoration Services in 2001. Coby is and has been a very active member of our community and is well known, it is very likely that you can call a few of your friends and ask about him individually or in association with the company “with the little PTCrusiers…” and get a “character” reference.

–Although he is far from perfect, as with all our business associates, reputation is important to us.

Zach has been active in our business for just under 10 years. He is currently attained the status of “Journeyman Textile Cleaner” with the IICRC and lacks only one more “out of state” class/testing to attain “Master Textile Cleaner” status. This winter, he also added the “WRT” certification for flood/water damage work. He is not only a great carpet cleaner, but also a great juggler, ventriloquist, and magician for any little kids you may have at home when we arrive.

Also a “local” Austin has been active in the carpet cleaning business for nine years now and “on his own” for the last couple of years. He is one of the only ~5 certified “Master Textile Cleaner” individuals in the state of Alaska. He owns and operates his own “sole proprietor” company: “Austin’s Carpet Restoration Services”. And, between school assignments last winter (2009/2010) he completed his Journeyman Water Restoration Technician certification requirements with a class/testing in Anchorage.
Having been homeschooled kindergarten through high school, he obtained his GED February of 2009 and is currently enrolled as a full time student in TVCC/UAF's Automotive Technology program.

Jesse is our youngest carpet cleaner…. Just ask him when we started and he will tell you he thinks he was born with a vacuum in his hand. He has yet to fly out to the lower 48 for certification classes/testing But, Jesse was able to test in Anchorage last fall for his very own CCT certification and passed with “flying colors”!

Also known as “wonder woman”, she has managed to stay married to Coby for over 23 years, home school Austin, Zach and Jesse, keep the company books straight and make sure that our customers stay happy!
